Dr. Debra Leiter is an associate professor in the Department of Political Science at the University of Missouri-Kansas City. Her research focuses on the intersection of elections, voters, and political parties, with an emphasis on Western European electorates. Dr. Leiter received her BA from the University of California, San Diego, and her PhD from the University of California, Davis.
